Hawaiian Cheesecake Bite Step by Step Guide 

Hawaiian Cheesecake Bites—decadent small cheesecakes with pineapple, pecan crust, and sweetened coconut flakes. Good, easy, and crowd-pleasing!  


Preheat oven to 350℉. Mix pecans, flour, sugar, and melted butter in a food processor. A few pulses will produce fine crumbs. 


In each individual cup, pat mixture into ungreased mini cheesecake pan. Bake for fifteen minutes. Cool a little.


Cream cheese, sugar, milk, and eggs should all be combined. Mix in the drained pineapple and vanilla.


To each cup, add roughly 2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture. The 12 cups in the tiny cheesecake pan. 


If you only have one pan, refrigerate crust and cheesecake ingredients until pan is free. There will be 6 cups remaining.


Flaked coconut should be sprinkled on top of each cheesecake. Bake for fifteen to twenty minutes. Wait for it to cool.
