Corn Kebab

Corn Kebabs are spicy, flavourful, crispy, and downright indulgent and are easy to put together when you are in a rush.

Step 1

Cook Corn  -   Sauté chopped onions, green chilies, corn kernels and mix until well blended in a heavy-bottomed wide pan. 

Stir in salt and red chili powder.

Step 2

Assemble Kebab -

Pulse the corn into a coarse mixture. Add mashed potato, spices, and cornstarch. 

Step 3

Shape the Kebabs -

Grease your hands with oil. Take 3 tablespoons of kebab mixture in your hands. 

Step 4

Cook the kebabs -

Heat oil in a skillet.
