What do I wear?
Not sure what to wear to your appointment? Come in something comfortable. We suggest light colored undergarments, a strapless bra and Spanx (if you prefer).
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments aren’t required during the week (Wednesday-Friday) but are preferred. Appointments on the weekends are required. Working with a stylist is required to try on dresses, so this is the easiest way to ensure we have someone available to help you find the dress of your dreams!
How long will my appointment run?
By booking an appointment, you secure and hour and a half of one-on-one attention with one of our knowledgeable consultants.
Are you just accessorizing or making final decisions? You can book a follow up appointment for an individualized hour of glamming up your bridal look!
What is the return policy?
All sales are final. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds will not be given on your bridal gown purchase.
Retail items such as off the rack dresses, jewelry, robes, candles etc – are final sale once they leave our property.
How will I get my dress altered?
We do not offer in-house alterations however we can suggest professional seamstresses to help with any work needed or you may choose your own.
We strive to order the best fit for you but not all bridal wear is custom fit. No alteration fees are included in the gown price.

How can I pay for my dress?
We require gowns to be paid in full at the time of ordering. Deposits are non-refundable.
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
When will my dress arrive?
Most bridal gowns and made-to-order accessories takes approximately 4-6 months for special order but each designer is different.
Your consultant can better estimate the time frame of your dress upon ordering. All gowns in the store are available to be purchased off the rack as well.
How many people should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend bringing whomever is most important to you in your decision making process to your first appointment. Each fitting station can accommodate up to five guests.
If you are expecting to bring more than five people with you – please include that in your appointment booking notes.
Do you carry my size?
Dress sizing can by tricky. Most brides wear 1-2 sizes larger in a wedding gown than their typical ‘street size’.
Our current selection of sample gowns range from size 8 to size 16; Most dresses can be ordered from size 00 to size 28 depending on the designer. Even if the sample isn’t a perfect fit –our consultants are prepared to help you into the dresses with clamps and panels.
Do you have a sample of the style I like?
While we do stock a large number of dresses from each designer, we do not carry each full collection.
If there is a specific style you are interested in, please call/text us to confirm we have it available. We also have the ability to get most dresses on a loaner program if needed.
Do you carry Bridesmaid, or Mother of the Bride gowns as well?
Benedict Bridal Co. has chosen to remain bride-centric – meaning we are 100% focused on our Brides to Be.
Therefore, we have opted not to carry Bridesmaid or Mother of the Bride gowns.
Is there a free to book an appointment?
No, all appointments are complimentary. We offer private appointments and only take one Bride at a time, of undivided attention to you and your entourage. Due to the nature of our business and limited appointment schedule, we do require a credit card to hold your appointment. There is NO charge, unless you cancel within 24 hours or no call/no show, should either of those two occur there is a non-refundable, no exceptions – $25 cancelation fee.
