Updated Showroom Policy:
1) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY: For the time being – we only accept appointments already registered via our website. If there are any doubts with completing the form online, please contact us via email, text message, or give us a call at 941.876.8877.
2) MASKS AND SAFETY: We require our guests and their party as well as our staff to wear a mask. We will also have hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes, soap and water, readily available to all guests and employees.
3) SOCIAL DISTANCING: Every appointment is limited the bride-to-be and two additional guests, for a total of three guests. We will also be limiting the time available in the fitting room.
4) APPOINTMENT FEE: In order to ensure a great experience, we do charge an appointment fee, which is credited back toward your wedding gown or other service. This helps us to provide you with a tailored experience which starts before you come to the store.
5) CANCELATIONS: Any appointment canceled within less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be non-refundable, due to limited appointment space and safety procedures being put in place.
